This 96 hour course is spread over 8 weekends (10am – 5pm) held monthly between March 2012 and November 2012.  Each weekend will include a mixture of theory and practical (both classroom based and on site).  The following details the subject matter for each weekend but may be subject to change if unforeseen circumstances arise.

  • Formulating a Chinese horoscope

  • Correct use of a Luo Pan compass
  • Individual room calculations

Weekend 3 - May 2012

  • Shapes of floor plans and land
  • Allocating different sectors to floor and site plans
  • Using Trigrams inside and outside a property
  • Missing sectors
  • Form School in the urban landscape: recognising and improving Negative Chi in the landscape
  • Site visit in Antwerp

Weekend 4 - June 2012 - Jon Sandifer 9 Star Astrology

  • Calculating from date of birth
  • Correspondences with the Trigrams and Five Elements
  • The Houses the Stars occupy
  • Directionology
  • Using 9 Star astrology in Feng Shui

Weekend 5 - July 2012

  • The Flying Stars: different systems and approaches
  • Deciding Site and Face of a building
  • Subdividing and applying to a floor plan
  • Understanding the Flying Stars combinations
  • Cures and enhancements

Weekend 6 - September 2012

  • Practise Site visit in Antwerp
  • Annual Flying Stars
  • Ideas for recommendations, enhancements and cures

Weekend 7 - October 2012

  • Preparing a Feng Shui report
  • Introduction to Geopathic/Technopathic stress: detection and dowsing*
  • Introduction to Space Clearing* with Saturday evening demonstration (optional)

*These are key areas that you will come across as a Feng Shui consultant.  The sessions are designed to introduce you to the subjects but, given the depth of understanding required to carry these out competently, they cannot qualify you to carry out this work although direction will be given for further study or you may want to work with a professional in these areas.  Both sessions will be run by Jackie Notman who is also a dowser.
