Feng Shui is not as simple as simply
moving furniture or hanging up a wind chime or discovering where your
hidden wealth corner is in your home or office! This is chop suey Feng
Shui, introduced to the West some 30 years ago, and has little to do
with the authentic approach, that can be traced back to the Imperial
Courts of China. ... Read

Feng
Shui for Office Premises
I was trained in Classical Authentic Chinese Feng Shui by a Master
from Hong Kong. I have studied and worked with the system since
1978. Since 1996 I have had 8 books published. Until recently,
I was Chairman of the Feng Shui Society (UK), responsible for
setting up a code of ethics and educational standards for Feng
Shui practitioners in the UK. I have spoken at the 2nd, 3rd and
4th International Feng Shui Conferences in the USA.
What I offer is a genuine Feng Shui survey of your premises and
recommendations based on my findings. I am not an interior designer
or architect. Classical Feng Shui, like Acupuncture, is very subtle
and effective. It needs to be regarded as a preventive skill (as
in Chinese Medicine) rather than a "touchy-feely" populist
Feng Shui approach with crystals and wind chimes. |

Consultations for Business
It makes no difference if you are working from a small office in your
home or from your own office within a building or whether you have 10,000
square feet in the City or are planning a whole new venture or wish
to seek advice for an entire shopping mall. The reason being is that
the principles are applied macroscopically and microscopically.
Whatever the size of the property, an authentic
Feng Shui practitioner needs to survey the space accurately before being
able to make any suggestions or recommendations. That is why the scale
of the property makes very little difference.
Level I
- Using Landscape Feng Shui identify where the
building is located and what support it receives. From the outside
checking the Tiger side, the Dragon side, the view ahead and the Mountain
behind.
- The entrance - this is known as the mouth of
Chi. Check this for any source of negative energy approaching the
main entrance. Which Stars are currently at the front door. Recommendations
can include:- changing the angle of the door or altering the colour
scheme in the lobby or incorporating a water feature.
- From the floorplan that you supply, check the
shape of the "plot". Are the premises complete - or is there
a section or sector missing? If so, which area of the business or
which members of the personnel will this affect. E.g. south - representing
Fire and the senior male on the site - will lack support. Fire can
also mean publicity, activity and fame. Suggestions to rectify.
- Floorplan - using the Lo Pan Compass, take
accurate readings from the back and the front of the property and
subdivide the floorplan into 8 sectors representing north, north-east,
west etc.
- Every building has a horoscope, check the Flying
Stars. Where are the Five Elements represented within the space? Identify
the active areas of Chi within the space.
- Point out to the client the strengths and weaknesses
of the building based on this accurate Flying Star analysis.
- The CEO - where do they sit? From their horoscope
find their best position to face. Position them in a supportive fashion
within their office as they are the engine room of the business.
Report
I provide a report pointing out the strengths
and weaknesses of the property and my suggestions.
Time 3 hours. (On Site after the three hours) - Fee £600
Level II
- All of the above.
- Room by room calculations. Analysing each individual
office, meeting room, reception and even the toilets to report on
their strengths and weaknesses. Give key recommendations for each
room.
- Desk positions - working with up to 10 key
members of staff. Position their desks correctly by identifying their
Power Direction for them to face while working on the computer or
using the telephone.
- Colours - give suggestions for colour, décor,
plants, layout and possibly water features for the office.
Time 6 - 7 hours (On Site) - Fee £900
Level III
- All of the above to include Level I & Level
II.
- A 40 minute presentation to all staff on Feng
Shui. This is important to enrol to everyone in the possibilities
of Feng Shui.
- Meeting(s) with CEO/key staff to discuss timing
of contracts, meetings and direction of travel. The timing aspect
of Feng Shui is a vital component and makes up about 30% of the equation.
- Subtle Feng Shui remedies. These are individual
recommendations, again for key members of staff based on their personal
Feng Shui analysis obtained from their date of birth.
- Corporate logo - discussion with key members
of staff regarding the corporate logo from a Feng Shui perspective
- Feng Shui Astrology. A one hour presentation
to staff members on the importance of:-
- Their individual Element and how it can
support or be supported by other members of staff.
- Where their Star sits during the current
year and how to make the most of its potential.
- Directionology - which directions are best
for them to move or travel this particular year for meetings or
opening up new areas of business.
Time 12 - 13 hours. - Fee £1,800
Level IV
For business premises with more than 20
staff. Please contact Jon Sandifer for further details.
